When can I expect my order? 

Orders are processed within 1 business day and sent from within the metropolitan Melbourne area. Regular mail via Australia Post is used. Express shipping is available at checkout. Please use the ‘Calculate Delivery’ tool on the Australia Post website for further delivery time assistance.

What is there is an issue with my order? 

Returns will be on a case by case basis and subject to conditions. If your item is faulty we will either replace, exchange or refund. Returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Do you accept custom orders?

Customs orders are welcome. However, on acceptance of an order, a minimum number of handmade goods will be determined along with a quote when contacted. We cater for special occasions including birthdays, bachelorette parties, bridal party gifts etc. Please contact us for further information.
